After having 26 years of experience in many facets of the real estate industry, Antonia Lavender founded Antonia Lavender Properties. She feels extremely fortunate to live and work in one of the most beautiful communities in the world. She was born and raised on the Palos Verdes Peninsula and has also lived extensively in Mexico.
What sets Antonia apart from other agents is her tenacity and her negotiation skills. She establishes an excellent rapport with other agents and vendors to create a true team collaboration to close a deal with as little stress as possible. Her relationships with clients are built on communication, commitment and trust. She loves what she does and it shows.
She was the top Producer every year for Prudential California Realty in Puerto Vallarta and named Director of the Convention and Visitors Bureau there in 2010 in an attempt to place Puerto Vallarta on the international destination map. Garnering over 100 million in sales, her bicultural experience has made her a leader in buying and selling high-end real estate in both markets. Antonia is certified as a Palos Verdes Real Estate Specialist.
Antonia is very active in her community. She serves on the Board of Directors for Vistas for Children and is the Co-Chair of the Global Real Estate Committee of the Palos Verdes Peninsula Association of Realtors. She also works with several ministries at St. John Fisher Church.
In her spare time, she enjoys tennis, ballroom dancing and gathering with friends and family.
